WELCOME TOO OUR SITE Grasshoppers was founded in the 70s as a mens team,but as you will see from looking around our site we have come a very long way since then.
Although we still have an adult team,we now focus on youth and junior football for both boys and girls.
We currently have 178 boys & girls signed on and playing the beautiful game in the way it should be played.Our teams start at under 7s and go all the way through to under 16s.
This of course would not be possible without the dedication and comittment of the team managers and their assistants who give up their time to coach the kids the great game.Most of our managers have been involved with the club for many years (and many more to come we hope). Our managers have also gained at least their FA level 1 coaching badge and completed a child protection and emergency first aid course.
Of course all the above would not be possible without a very positive and dedicated comittee,pushing the club forward and setting new standards all the time.
As we've already said we really have come a long way and we are striving to improve all the time,but this takes time,effort and help,we would like to thank the local community on the marsh for their help and support over the years and the local businesses who sponsor our team kits and equipment it really does help.
