RECYCLE YOUR OLD BOOTS.

Mum,dad my boots are to tight !! sound familar ?  

Maybe they are or maybe he/she wants the latest pair of Beckham boots little johnny down the road has just been bought. More often than not though they are especialy 10-14 year olds who keep having growth spurts, If they are to small and they are in good condition why not hand them in to your team manager who could find a good home for them in his own squad or a younger team,dont just leave them in the bottom of a cupboard wasting away when they could be put to good use.

Managers,coaches and volunteers wanted for the coming season !!.

 For the coming 09/10 season we are looking for the above people for u7s boys & u8/9s u10/11s . If you think you have what it takes and the spare time and commitment then why not get in touch? 

You will need to do an FA coaching course,first aid course & a child protection workshop you will also need to complete a CRB check,( criminal record  bureau). The club will finance all of the above and help you in anyway we can, to find out more please go to our contacts page.

9/5/09 A BIG WELL DONE to all the hopper teams who played in the cup finals, u9s,u10s & u11s winning u 12s just missing but never giving up, thanks to all the surporters who came to whatch, well done lads AVE IT.

A massive well done to paul palmer and his u10s & u12s for winning their respective leagues this is a great acheivment for paul who runs two HOPPER teams with the help of alan and darren. Also a BIG well done to Steve cullen and jem nelson for the great job they have done in turning around our u11s yellows team, ive had the pleasure of watching this team play several times this season, and can really see how much the boys have come on, just missing out on the title by goal difference, well done to all AVE IT !!

HELP needed by managers but they dont like asking, even the little things are a great help to a coach/manager like putting up taking down goals,collecting subs,keeping note of scores/scorers, making the half time brew,helping with transport,whatever you can do will make a BIG difference to your coach as this enables him/her to get on with the job of getting another 3 points for the HOPPERS.

We are a community club so lets all pull in the same direction and keep it fun for our kids
